After registering,

individual player must turn in the following documents
to their
coaches
before July 21, 2010

and Liability Waiver

Coaches' and Parents' Covenant

Medical Treatment Authorization and Liability Waiver(
**only necessary if registered
by coach or athletic director, not individual registrations.
Each coach will receive a
roster from CAA containing these items for parents to sign.
