Crosscheck All-American Application
Crosscheck Athletic Association's goal is to develop the total athlete: spirit, mind and body. We also believe in excellence in everything; and, that is why we have established the Crosscheck All-American team.
Crosscheck All-Academic: If an athlete has a 3.5 GPA or improves their GPA by 10% over the season, they qualify for the Crosscheck All-Academic Team.
Crosscheck All-Star: If an athlete improves in 3 of 4 Weekly Workout Areas, as outlined in the ESPC Newsletter, over the course of the season, they qualify as a Crosscheck All-Star.
Crosscheck All-American: If the athlete completes memorization of 6 of 10 scripture verses, 4 of 6 Sports Classroom assignments and the above Weekly Workout components and/or meets the GPA standards, that athlete qualifies as a Crosscheck All-American
